Salvatore Garau

Salvatore's background has woven together business, history, and music. After completing a business degree in Italy, he pursued a PhD in history at the University of London, publishing two books and several articles on modern history. Today, he lives in Canada, where he works as a senior business analyst.

Alongside his professional career, he has continued to pursue his interests in investing, history, and above all, music. He studied composition with award-winning Canadian composer Roger Bergs, writing music for two children’s musicals (The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe and Anne of Green Gables), sacred choral works, and instrumental pieces for both chamber ensembles and orchestra, including two symphonies.
Educated in the classical tradition in Italy, he believes deeply in the enduring role of the classics in education and seeks to carry that spirit forward through music.
Ann Garau

Ann completed her BA in English Literature at Scotland’s University of St. Andrews, and followed it with an MA in Creative Writing under the UK poet laureate, Andrew Motion. She then completed a PhD in medieval history at the University of Toronto. Since then she has taught literature / grammar, drama, and Latin in primary and secondary schools, including a Christian classical school. She began writing plays with “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe” in 2023, and since then has written a new musical of “Prince Caspian” and contributed to an original musical of “Anne of Green Gables.”
Brenden Bott

​Brenden has worked in the field of education for over a decade, and he is more convinced than ever of the importance of telling good stories to shape hearts and minds. Brenden is currently the Head of School at Westminster Classical Christian Academy in Toronto. He has a doctorate in theology from Wycliffe College, the University of Toronto, specializing in medieval and Reformation thought and theodicy.
Michael Ranieri

Michael Ranieri studied theatre arts at Humber Theatre School before performing in, directing, and stage-managing various productions in and around the GTA. An improviser for 20 plus years, Michael has also taught improvisation and is a former Artistic Director of Toronto Theatresports. He has directed, written, and performed with The Second City Master Class, The Six Flying Hamsters (sketch comedy group), CBC National Radio, and Fox Television. He has also appeared in comedies, dramas, musicals, industrial films, commercials, music videos, and Global TV’s “Train 48.” He also served as president of The Scarborough Players theatre company.
Michael is a Registered Graphic Designer (RGD). He has taken numerous courses in graphic and advertising design, project management, web design and computer programming, and has received a number of awards for his work. He is a Graphic Designer, Web Designer and Design Manager, with 30 years experience developing unique electronic and print advertisements and marketing collateral. He has designed and published newsletters, magazines and books.
Michael is the current president of the Sherlock Holmes Society of Canada. He has written and published stories and articles for publications and presentations. He is a former podcaster. His theological training is the result of years of personal study and the odd seminary courses. Michael Ranieri is currently the Drama Teacher at Westminster Classical Christian Academy.
Elisha Galotti
